At KMM Group, you'll own the full Mill-Turn process—from initial setup through stable, repeatable production—while helping us elevate our craft every day. A day in the life You start by reviewing the job folder and drawings, mapping the most efficient approach for a multi-axis Mill-Turn (2-11 axes). You select and set tooling, dial in speeds and offsets, and run a first article. With precision measurement and hand metrology, you verify every critical feature and tolerance. You make smart NC edits to improve surface finish and cycle time, then document what works so it repeats. As production stabilizes, you look ahead—prepping fixtures and programs for lights-out where possible. You collaborate with teammates, share ideas, and keep the cell organized. When a challenge shows up, your troubleshooting mindset turns it into a better process.
