Job Title:
CNC Machinist Pay:
$28
  • 35 Job Description This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality precision parts.
You will work with MasterCAM and step files, interpret blueprints, and contribute to continuous process improvements in a clean, deadline-driven manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Set up and operate CNC lathes to machine components to exact tolerances. Program CNC mills and lathes using MasterCAM. Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs both at the machine controls and within CAM software. Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine machining processes and requirements. Essential Skills At least 5 years of experience in CNC milling operation and setup. At least 3 years of CNC programming experience at both the machine control level. Strong experience with CNC programming, including editing and optimizing programs at the controls. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings accurately. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Catia is a plus. Familiarity with MasterCAM programming. Work Environment The role is based in a clean, mid-sized manufacturing facility that produces and inspects precision parts, including quality sheet metal components and assemblies. The facility operates modern equipment, including three brand new machines featuring 3-axis milling and 2-axis turning capabilities. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., providing a consistent daytime schedule in a professional production setting. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of West Chester, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58240.00
