As a CNC Programmer , you'll be key in producing our machined sub-assemblies and final products. This includes programming, tool selection, set-up, operation, and troubleshooting of the CNC mills and lathes to manufacture parts from various metal grades. You'll follow standardized methods and safe work practices to ensure every part meets our high standards, efficiently and securely. You must also transact jobs in our ERP/MRP system (SAGE), logging times and quantities.

To thrive, you should have: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. 5+ years or more experience in programming, setup, and operating large CNC mills and lathes, including but not limited to Doosan, Okuma, Morseki, and Puma. 5+ years or more using Mastercam and/or Solidworks software daily. Must have own tools and able to begin programming and setups on day one. As a CNC Programmer, your responsibilities will be: Program, set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines to produce high-quality parts while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to engineering specifications. Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software and technical drawings, developing new machining processes and improving existing programs for quality and productivity. Perform complex machine setups, tooling changes, fixture installation, and first-piece inspections while verifying finished components meet dimensional and quality requirements. Monitor machine performance, diagnose operational issues, make process adjustments, and perform routine operator-level maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and production output.
