Job Description
Our client, an advanced manufacturing & machining industry organization is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering Department supporting CNC Operations & Shop Floor Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and strong communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Greenville, SC Pay Range:
$60.11/hr. What's the Job? Program and support CNC machining processes for large-format equipment including VTL, VBM, gantry 5‑axis, and multi‑purpose turn/grind machines. Generate and maintain CNC programs using NX‑CAM or similar software for milling, turning, grinding, and/or EDM. Verify CNC programs using Vericut prior to release to the shop floor. Provide daily CNC troubleshooting and operator support including probing cycles, process validation, and tooling/fixturing needs. Lead process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, and delivery. What's Needed? 4+ years of CNC programming experience using a graphical CAM system (NX‑CAM preferred). Experience with multi‑axis CNC machining. Ability to support machine startup, operator training, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of tooling, fixturing, and machining parameters. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment. What's in it for me?
