• Responsibilities for a Senior CNC Programmer include but are not limited to:
• + Generate, maintain, and optimize
• CNC programs
• using
• NX‑CAM
• for 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑axis machines (milling, turning, EDM). + Program and support CNC machines using
• Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma, and Haas controls
• . + Verify and validate new CNC programs using
• Vericut
• prior to shop floor release. + Provide
• daily programming, troubleshooting, and technical support
• to the shop floor and Manufacturing Engineering teams, including operator training.
• Candidates for Senior CNC Programmer must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• + Extensive experience as a
• CNC Programmer
• , including
• 5‑axis machining
• in aerospace or high‑precision manufacturing. + Strong hands‑on knowledge of
• NX‑CAM
• , •Vericut•, and advanced CNC programming (macros, Renishaw probing, closed‑loop machining).

+ Experience machining

• high‑temperature superalloys
• used in aerospace or heavy‑duty gas turbine components. + Solid
