Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing precision manufacturing team in a modern, technology-driven environment. In this role, you will support the production of high-quality components used in advanced industrial and engineering applications. This position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and work instructions to ensure accuracy and quality Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments to maintain tight tolerances Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance and quality Conduct routine maintenance and ensure machines are operating efficiently Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project timelines and specifications Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred) Proven experience operating and programming CNC machines in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials (metals, plastics, and composites) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD data Experience working with tight tolerances and precision components preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
