Job Description

CNC Machine Programmer About the Role Join a team where precision engineering meets cutting‑edge manufacturing. As a CNC Programmer , you'll be the technical force behind transforming complex designs into flawless machined components. You'll create, refine, and validate CNC programs while owning the process that brings advanced medical‑device parts to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving machining challenges, enjoys hands‑on work at the machine, and wants to influence how products are made from concept through production. What You'll Do Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function. Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors and automated controls. Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines. Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications. Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result. Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly. Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure proper functionality and coolant levels. Complete all documents associated with production. Prevent damage, through carelessness, to the equipment or process used in the performance of the job. Follow

quality management system procedures. Essential Technical Skills CNC programming experience with Mastercam proficiency. Hands‑on expertise with multi‑axis machining. Ability to engineer solutions within a regulated manufacturing environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bartlett, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
