Job Description

A rapidly growing advanced manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to support aerospace, defense, energy, and robotics production. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with cutting-edge CNC equipment, automation technology, and high-precision components.
Key Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate advanced CNC machines Create and optimize CNC toolpaths for 3-axis, 5-axis, and mill-turn applications Perform first article prove-outs and production runs Improve cycle times and machine utilization Select tooling, feeds, and speeds for aluminum, steel, titanium, and Inconel Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T Support new product introduction and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with engineering and automation teams
Qualifications:
Strong CAM programming experience (Fusion 360, hyperMILL, Mastercam, or similar) Experience operating high-end CNC equipment such as Hermle, DMG Mori, or Mazak Ability to machine tight tolerances Understanding of tooling strategy, fixturing, and workholding Aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing experience preferred 5-axis machining experience is a plus Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9001 is preferred Valid driver's license required
