Key Responsibilities Develop, program, and edit CNC programs for mills and/or lathes using CAD/CAM software Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and customer specifications Set up machines, select tooling, and establish proper cutting parameters Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cycle time Troubleshoot machining issues and make program adjustments as needed Perform test runs to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support manufacturing goals Maintain accurate documentation of programs, setups, and revisions Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures Required Qualifications Experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing or machine shop environment Proficiency with CNC mills and/or lathes Experience using CAD/CAM software Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team
