This role focuses on creating and refining programs, improving cycle times, and collaborating with machinists and engineering to ensure consistent, high-quality output. The ideal candidate is experienced in CAM programming, tooling selection, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop CNC programs using CAM software for milling and turning Design and optimize machining processes, tooling, and workholding Reduce cycle times and improve production efficiency Collaborate with engineering and shop floor teams to resolve issues Support new part launches and process validation Maintain program documentation and revisions Troubleshoot complex machining and tooling challenges
Qualifications:
3+ years CNC programming experience in a production environment Strong CAM software experience (Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.) Knowledge of tooling, feeds/speeds, and material properties Experience with process improvement and lean manufacturing Ability to read advanced blueprints and GD&T preferred • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
