CNC Plasma Table Programmer

We are looking to add a motivated individual to our manufacturing team. The role will be responsible for programming/nesting 2d parts and setting up production plans for multiple plasma cutting tables. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the engineering and welding team to ensure projects are being completed within schedule and production flows smoothly. Qualifications

• Candidate must be able to read a tape measure accurately & use precision measuring tool
• Must have knowledge of computers and have functional skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc…)
• The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC plasma tables and/or nesting software and worked in a heavy fabrication environment. Must be familiar with work orders and issuing material.
• Candidate should be a self-starter, have a can-do attitude, possess good communication skills & adapt to changing schedules
• Maintain safe working practices and use time management skills to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality of work. Will train the right person Responsibilities
• Must be able to set up machines, run specified programs per work orders & confirming that the parts made match the supplied blueprints, use portable grinder and/or hand file as needed.
• Work with engineering team to develop production plan for new and existing product lines.
• Work with welding team to ensure parts are being cut in order to match schedule requirements.
• Ability to operate forklifts is desired but not required.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
