Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for CNC lathes and VTL machines using CAM software Hyper MILL. Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols to generate accurate machining programs. Set up machines and define proper tooling, cutting conditions, and work-holding for both horizontal and vertical turning processes. Verify programs through simulations or dry runs and perform necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with specifications. Collaborate with machinists, quality inspectors, and engineering teams to troubleshoot machining issues and improve part quality. Ensure machining processes are efficient, repeatable, and meet time and quality targets. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. About the
