Responsibilities:
Use Haas and Okuma Mills to cut metal to specifications. Use Mastercam 2025 to Program your own parts. Use 5th axis, orange, and kurt workholding or design custom zero point fixtures. Maintain a clean work area and maintain your own machines. Clock into work orders and complete jobs on time using ProShop ERP. Enter your measured values into digital inspection sheets using ProShop ERP. Record setup instructions into ProShop ERP. Train and teach new machinist. Work well with others and adapt/improve our company culture. Strive for maximum spindle time and start to adapt automation. Work 40 hours per week, flexible schedule
