Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist with strong Mastercam programming experience and hands-on experience operating 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines. This role is ideal for a machinist who thrives on complex parts, tight tolerances, and working with a variety of materials, including exotic alloys.

Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate 4-axis and 5-axis CNC millsProgram using Mastercam (create, edit, and optimize toolpaths)Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawingsMachine tight-tolerance precision componentsWork with materials including aluminum, stainless steel, copper, plastics, and exotic alloys (Inconel, Invar, etc.)Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instrumentsCollaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure parts meet AS9100 standardsSupport prototype and production runsRequired Qualifications5+ years of CNC machining experienceStrong Mastercam programming experienceHands-on 4-axis and 5-axis machining experienceAbility to set up jobs independentlyExperience holding tight tolerancesStrong understanding of GD&TExperience working in a quality-driven manufacturing environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in aerospace or defense manufacturingFamiliarity with AS9100 environmentsExperience with CMM inspection processesBackground in machining exotic materialsWhy This Role?
