Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
  • Experience operating CNC machines, preferably with Fanuc controls
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and cutting parameters
  • Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments
  • Ability to assemble components according to specifications
  • Forklift certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
Additional Requirements:
  • 3 Years of experience preferred
  • Ability to use calibrated measuring equipment (examples: calipers and micrometers)
  • Ability to operate horizontal & vertical lathes & drill press This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
