Job Description

We are small owned machine shop looking for an experienced CNC programer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machines and have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, maintain a safe working environment, and excel in an ever changing environment. This position has the ability to grow into more responsibilities, so the candidate needs to be extremely organized, personable, and willing to go the distance to get parts out the door. We use MasterCam 2025
CNC Programming:
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs for a variety of machining processes. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance programming techniques.
Operations Management:
Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Implement and streamline processes to improve overall production workflow. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the manufacturing team.
Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of machinists, programmers, and production staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development initiatives.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to meet or exceed customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues related to product quality promptly.
Resource Management:
Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, machines, and materials, to achieve production goals. Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

$18.00 - $60.00 per hour
