Job Description

Overview A precision CNC machine shop serving the oil & gas, downhole, power generation, and industrial sectors. We specialize in Complex geometry components, Tight tolerance machining, Exotic alloys, New product development (NPD) to full-scale production and ISO 9001-compliant manufacturing. We operate multiple vertical and horizontal machining centers, lathes, and EDM in a fast-paced, high-mix production environment. Responsibilities We are seeking a hands-on CNC Programmer / Production Supervisor who can: Program complex parts Plan routing and setup strategy Manage shop-floor execution Drive on-time delivery & efficiency Support quality and ISO compliance This is a leadership role that combines technical depth + production ownership . Programming & Engineering Create programs using Mastercam Optimize cycle times and tooling strategy Develop setup sheets & process flow Support NPI / engineering changes Troubleshoot complex parts and tight tolerances Production Leadership Schedule jobs and balance machine loading Supervise machinists and operators Monitor daily output and bottlenecks Improve setup efficiency and spindle utilization Coordinate with Purchasing, Quality, and ERP Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to
ISO 9001
procedures Review first article inspections Support corrective actions when needed Maintain process documentation Required Qualifications 5+ years CNC programming experience 3+ years shop-floor leadership Mastercam proficiency (mandatory preferred) Experience in oil & gas machining Strong GD&T understanding Ability to machine tough alloys Experience in high-mix / low-volume production Ideal Candidate Technically strong and respected by machinists Process-driven and organized Calm under production pressure Efficiency-oriented Understands cost control & margin impact
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
