Job Description

Build Precision That Lasts Based in Victoria, TX 77905, this role invites a detail-driven CNC expert to transform prints into production-ready reality. You'll shape components to spec, safeguard quality, and support a culture of continuous improvement. How You'll Contribute Prepare, set up, and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts to specification. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to plan each job accurately. Monitor live runs, making adjustments to maintain tolerance, finish, and consistency. Conduct routine care and basic diagnostics on CNC equipment. Follow all safety requirements and best practices around machinery. Record production outcomes and machine conditions with precision. Work alongside teammates to enhance processes and increase efficiency. Your Background High school diploma or equivalent; CNC certification/training preferred. Experience operating CNC machinery in a production or job-shop environment. Knowledge of CNC machine operation and introductory programming concepts. Fluency in reading technical documents and mechanical drawings. Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical problem solving. Collaborative communicator who contributes to a team-first environment. Comfort with flexible hours and overtime when production demands it.
