Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CNC Mill Programmer / Machinist to join our team. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced machine shop focused on precision, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities Program CNC mills using Mastercam Set up and operate Haas Automation CNC mills Program, set up, and run one-off and short-run precision parts Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T Select tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds appropriate for each job Verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments Troubleshoot machining and programming issues independently Maintain organized workflow and meet production deadlines CNC Programmer Requirements Strong experience programming 3-axis CNC mills in Mastercam Experience with Haas Automation controls and machines Ability to take a part from print to finished product with minimal supervision Must be willing and able to run/setup the parts after programming Experience with one-off, prototype, and low-volume machining preferred Strong understanding of tooling, workholding, and machining strategies CNC Machinist Requirements Ability to independently set up and run CNC mills Experience indicating vises, fixtures, and work offsets Ability to load tools, touch off tools, and make offsets as needed Comfortable running parts with minimal supervision Ability to inspect own work and maintain tight tolerances Experience with prototype or job shop environments preferred Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of CNC milling experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Position Details Full-time Competitive pay based on experience Overtime available Clean and professional shop environment If you take pride in quality work, can work independently, and know your way around CNC mills, we'd like to hear from you.
