Full-time Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. This role focuses on programming complex 3-axis and 5-axis machining projects for large-scale architectural components and mold fabrication. Responsibilities Program 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines Interpret CAD models and production files Develop efficient machining strategies and toolpaths Collaborate with project managers and production teams Optimize programs for quality and efficiency Troubleshoot and refine machining programs as needed Required Experience 3-axis and 5-axis CNC programming CAM software such as CAMWorks, PowerMill, or SURFCAM Experience with CAD files and complex geometries Strong problem-solving skills Experience with molds, composites, or architectural fabrication is a plus Familiarity with DMS or Motion Master CNC machines Experience with glue-up assemblies and ribbed structures What We Offer Full-time opportunity Advanced 5-axis CNC equipment Collaborative team environment Unique architectural fabrication projects When applying, please include examples of previous CNC programming work, CAM software experience, and details about your 5-axis machining background.Pay:
