Full Job Description Experience:
Senior Level Salary:
$35•$45 per hour Job Details•Key Responsibilities Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop accurate CNC programs Create, set up, and test CNC programs for machining equipment, ensuring precision and efficiency Optimize machining processes to improve cycle times, reduce waste, and maintain tight tolerances Troubleshoot programming and machining issues that arise during production and implement effective solutions Ensure all work complies with quality and safety standards Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and cross-functional team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, including working knowledge of G-code Experience with CAD/CAM software Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and improving machining processes Solid understanding of machining, tooling, and material handling techniques Attention to detail and familiarity with quality assurance and safety standards Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams A bit about us:•Founded over 50 years ago and based in Hampton, VA, we are a full-service precision manufacturing company known for delivering exceptional results on everything from small precision components to large-scale industrial projects.
