The ideal candidate will be required to program machining toolpaths on Mastercam from blueprints and CAD files, then setup and run machining workcenter to part completion. This position will be responsible for new product introduction (NPI) projects for the aerospace, defense, and semiconductor equipment sectors.

https://hubcorp.net Position Responsibilities/Essential Functions Plan machining operations by reviewing work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) Experience and knowledge in quotes an estimates Review component designs and machining methods to optimize execution Program CNC Lathe and Mill using in-house CAM Software (Mastercam, Fusion 360) Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines whenever it may arise Maintain, organize and update tools and tool libraries Train new employees with documentation and learning programs and lessons Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3+ years experience with CAM Programming (CNC Mill / Lathe) Minimum 7+ years experience with hands on machining and set-up Strong organizational and time management skills Ready to take initiative working with machinists within the shop Self motivated and the ability to work independently with attention to details Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods Design for Manufacturing custom and precision metal parts for aerospace, industrial and medical industries Full Benefits Package 401k Matching Paid Vacation Health Insurance including Dental Holiday Pay Flexible Work Schedule Options (4x10, 5x8, 3x12)
