Your Typical Responsibilities:

Programming and Setup:

Innovate and refine EDM programs using CAD inputs, customizing them for optimal precision Translate CAD designs into tactical machining strategies, electing the right tools and fixtures Efficiently set up equipment, aligning offsets for peak performance Navigate program trials adeptly, ensuring alignment with quality metrics

Operational Excellence:

Manage EDM operations with precision, ensuring adherence to specified tolerances Vigilantly monitor machinery, fine-tuning processes in real-time Conduct rigorous quality inspections using various precise measurement tools Accurately document steps for future consistency and reference Work alongside toolmakers and engineers for problem-solving and manufacturability improvements

Candidate Profile:
