CNC Programmer - 1st Shift at Adecco US, Inc. in Williston, Vermont, United States Job Description A growing precision manufacturer is seeking a CNC Programmer for 1st shift. This role will develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and machining operations while partnering closely with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput. Responsibilities + Create and optimize CNC programs for milling machines and related equipment + Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings + Support machine setup, tooling selection, and first-run success + Troubleshoot machining or programming issues + Use precision measuring tools to validate finished parts + Improve cycle times, tooling life, and manufacturing efficiency + Collaborate with machinists and engineers on process improvements + Support safe operation and production goals Qualifications + 3+ years of CNC programming experience preferred + Experience programming Fanuc-controlled CNC equipment preferred + Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling + Ability to read technical prints and GD&T + Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and inspection tools + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability + Manufacturing environment experience required Benefits + 401(k) with company match + Health benefits + Paid holidays and PTO + Tuition reimbursement + Wellness reimbursement programs + Strong career growth opportunity

Pay Details:
