About Machinists Incorporated Since 1941, Machinists Incorporated has been a leader in precision machining. As the largest precision machining facility in the Pacific Northwest, we manufacture complex components and assemblies for the aerospace, defense, energy, marine, and heavy equipment industries. The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced CNC Mill Programmer with advanced Siemens NX experience to join our growing team. You'll program prototype, one-off, and low-volume precision components while working with multi-axis mills, mill-turn machines, weldments, and complex assemblies. If you enjoy solving challenging manufacturing problems, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Program multi-axis CNC mills and mill-turn machines using Siemens NX. Develop machining strategies from CAD models and engineering drawings. Optimize tooling, work holding, speeds, feeds, and toolpaths. Support prove-outs, first-piece production, and troubleshooting. Verify programs through simulation and collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve quality and efficiency. What We're Looking For 5-10 years of CNC programming experience. Advanced Siemens
NX CAD/CAM
programming experience. Experience programming 3, 4, and multi-axis milling equipment. Job shop, prototype, or high-mix/low-volume manufacturing experience. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, GD&T, and blueprint reading. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Why Join Us? Pay:
$55.00 - $60.00 per hour
