  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CAD Designer/CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise CAD models and technical drawings, as well as developing efficient CNC programs to produce complex components. Your expertise will ensure that manufacturing processes are optimized for accuracy, quality, and productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a fast-paced environment that values precision and technical excellence. Duties Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings using AlphaCam and Slabsmith Translate design concepts into CNC machine instructions through CAM programming Program CNC equipment utilizing Fanuc controls and other relevant systems to produce high-precision parts efficiently. Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall production quality. Maintain detailed documentation of programs, tooling setups and shop paperwork. Experience Prefer experience in CAD design and/or CNC programing. Some background in CNC programming and experience with CAM software is desirable. Excellent math skills including geometry calculations necessary for precise machining operations.
