Description for

CNC Programmer and Machinist:

Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines (3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis) Set up, and operate CNC lathes (live tooling experience a plus) Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for precision aerospace components utilizing Mastercam and Surfcam Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T Select appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds, and workholding for various materials Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to maintain production efficiency Details for

CNC Programmer and Machinist:

Fully understand and apply M & G code programming Experience with Mastercam or Surfcam programming software Experience setting up CNC mills and CNC lathes Develop complete programs independently, including tooling selection and toolpath strategy Ability to read and interpret complex aerospace blueprints and GD&T Benefits after hire: WA State Sick Pay Leave PTO after 1st year Medical, Dental, Vision 401K $15,000
