$60,000 - $80,000 per year Job Details - About the Role We are seeking a CNC Laser Programmer to support automated manufacturing operations through programming, troubleshooting, and process optimization. This is a technical, engineering-focused role responsible for working with CNC laser systems and broader automation technologies. This is not an operator position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC programming and automation systems, with the ability to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency across production processes. Responsibilities Program, configure, calibrate, and maintain CNC laser equipment Support and optimize automated systems, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, and robotics Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation hardware and control systems Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve system performance and efficiency Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure equipment is operating within safety and quality standards Assist with process development and documentation Qualifications Experience with CNC programming, ideally within a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and related controls Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical system issues Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred Stable work history with demonstrated growth and impact Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail A bit about us: - We are a well-established manufacturing organization known for delivering high-quality, engineered products to a diverse customer base.
