CNC Programmer

Job Description:

CNC Laser Programmer The CNC Laser Programmer is responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining CNC laser cutting and bending programs to ensure efficient production of high-quality parts. This role supports manufacturing operations by translating engineering drawings and material requirements into precise CNC programs, selecting proper parameters and tooling, planning robotic movements, and ensuring equipment is utilized safely and effectively. Responsibilities Create, optimize, and maintain CNC laser cutting and bending programs. Translate engineering drawings and material requirements into precise CNC programs. Select appropriate parameters and tooling for CNC laser operations. Plan robotic movements to ensure efficient production processes. Utilize equipment safely and effectively to support manufacturing operations. Essential Skills Proficiency in CNC programming, including Trutops and Trutops Boost. Experience with CNC Lasers and Mazak systems. Ability to read blueprints and upload files into programs such as AutoCAD. 3+ years of experience in programming. Ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting project priorities. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and CNC laser programming principles. Experience with fiber laser systems such as Mazak. Experience with press brake programming or operation. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T. Experience with CNC Lasers, AutoCAD, and Autodesk software. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Beloit, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $72000.00/yr. Full time benefits offered. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Beloit,WI.
