CNC Lathe Programmer / Operator 1st Shift

2015 and ITAR-registered shop in Cedarburg, WI is clean, climate-controlled, and equipped with late-model Miyano Lathes and other advanced machines. We're looking for an experienced Lathe Programmer / Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality parts and wants to grow with a company that respects skill and accountability. What You'll Do Program, set up, and operate Miyano lathes with Mitsubishi controls and bar feeders. Perform first article inspections and make offset adjustments. Load bar-stock and maintain production efficiency. Keep accurate inspection and production records. Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain a safe, organized workspace. Machine Maintenance tasks. Other tasks as assigned. What You Bring Experience programming, setting up, and running CNC Lathes with bar feeders. Strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading, and GD&T skills. Troubleshooting Strong mechanical aptitude with blueprint reading and precision measurement skills. Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable.

Physica l:

Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Schedule:

First Shift, Monday through Friday, 6am-2pm, Overtime available
