Job Description

Position Title:
CNC Programmer The CNC Programmer role is critical in ensuring precision and quality in manufacturing processes. This position involves working with a variety of CNC milling machines, primarily focusing on high-mix, low-volume production. Candidates will face the challenge of operating and programming equipment to meet specific production needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn quickly. A collaborative and supportive work environment is fostered, where team members share a common interest in craftsmanship and problem-solving.
Salary Range:
$45,760 - $68,640
CNC Programmer Responsibilities:
Operate and program CNC milling machines for the production of aluminum molds Set up and run machines independently with minimal supervision Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency in production Maintain a clean and organized workspace Adapt to varying production demands and schedules
CNC Programmer Requirements:
Some CNC experience with a mechanical inclination is required Ability to program, set up, and operate machines independently is required Experience with Fanuc-based machines is preferred MasterCAM experience is preferred
