CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer Engtal - 5.0 Kenosha, WI Job Details Temp-to-hire $25 - $40 an hour 10 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications CNC machine setup Full Job Description Job Overview We are actively seeking experienced CNC Machinists and CNC Programmers for multiple growing manufacturing facilities in the Kenosha area. These are long-term opportunities with companies that value skilled trades professionals, offer stable hours, overtime opportunities, and modern equipment. We are looking for candidates with experience in CNC setup, operation, troubleshooting, editing programs, and working with tight tolerances in a production or job shop environment. Pay & Schedule $25-$35/hr based on experience 1st, 2nd, and some weekend shifts available Overtime available Direct hire and temp-to-hire opportunities Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs at the machine Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Perform tool changes, offsets, and quality checks Use measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, and gauges Work with materials such as steel, aluminum, stainless, and alloys Maintain tight tolerances and production quality standards CNC Programmers will create and optimize programs using CAM software and improve cycle times Qualifications 2+ years of CNC machining or programming experience preferred Experience with Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Mori Seiki, Fanuc, or similar controls is a plus Ability to read blueprints and inspect parts Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Experience with setups, offsets, and editing programs required Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code preferred for programmers Preferred Experience Multi-axis machining Mastercam, Fusion 360, or GibbsCAM Prototype or production machining Tight tolerance aerospace, automotive, or medical machining Why Apply?
