Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to handle precision manufacturing operations. This role focuses on developing and refining CNC programs, setting up machinery, and producing high-quality components with tight tolerances. You will collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient and accurate machining processes. Key Responsibilities Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specifications to guide machining processes Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling operations Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture complex components Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies to maximize efficiency and quality Monitor machining operations and troubleshoot issues to ensure consistent output Contribute to process improvements and continuous optimization initiatives Maintain high standards of precision, quality, and safety in all operations Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and programming Strong expertise in CNC milling, including setup and operation for high-precision parts Solid understanding of machining techniques for both metal and plastic materials Proficiency in CNC programming software such as Mastercam and/or WorkNC Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and CAD data Experience applying GD&T principles in manufacturing Preferred Qualifications Experience with CNC turning and lathe operations Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machining challenges Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in precision manufacturing
