What Success Looks Like:

Set up, operate, and program CNC machines Create and optimize programs using Mastercam (CAM software) Read blueprints, 3D models, and GD&T to plan machining strategies Choose tooling, speeds/feeds, and workholding for efficient production Perform full machine setups (fixturing, probing, tool setting) Inspect parts and materials using precision measuring tools Maintain equipment and workspace; assist with toolroom machines and team collaboration

What You Bring:

CNC machining and programming experience required (Mastercam preferred) Ability to read complex blueprints and perform full setups independently Strong understanding of G-code, toolpaths, and machining fundamentals Proficient with precision measurement tools and inspection processes Detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills The hourly range for this position starts at $27/hr.
