S_173176 Are you a skilled CNC Programmer looking for your next opportunity? We are looking for a direct hire CNC Programmer for a valued client in Superior, WI. This is a full-time, first-shift position with competitive pay and full benefits. The ideal candidate has a solid background in CNC programming and manufacturing processes and thrives in a collaborative, detail-focused environment.Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Hours set by manager (6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, or 8am-4pm)Perks & Benefits:

Develop, evaluate, and optimize CNC manufacturing methods, processes, and tooling strategies Create and maintain CNC programs and router databases by machine and product type Analyze job orders, blueprints, and specifications to perform calculations for manufacturing components Generate process routings in the MRP system for both current and new product lines Support production by resolving programming, tooling, and machine setup issues Participate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Design and assist with custom jigs and fixtures Conduct time studies and cost analyses for process improvements Collaborate with Engineering and Production to ensure optimized and standardized processes Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of CNC shop employeesSkills Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and a 2-year Machine Tool Technical Diploma OR Equivalent combination of education and 2-4 years of CNC programming experience Experience in a CNC machining environment; tooling/process development experience a plus Knowledge of 5-Axis Machining preferred, but not required Programming knowledge (Mastercam preferred); Visual Basic or similar is a plus Strong blueprint reading skills and understanding of GDT Proficient in using precision measuring tools Familiarity with Lean/World-Class Manufacturing methods Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Apply today with Spherion Staffing to be considered for this opportunity to join a growing and respected manufacturing team in Superior, WI!
