Industrial Painter Pay:
$14.00-$15.00 per hour
Schedule:
1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:00

Temp-to-Hire Overtime Available Three-Day Weekends! Join a Growing Manufacturing Team We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Powder Coaters/Industrial Painters. In this role, you will help apply high-quality protective and decorative finishes to metal products while working in a clean and safety-focused manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience, and individuals looking to learn a new skill are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Prepare metal surfaces for painting and powder coating. Apply powder coat and paint according to quality standards. Inspect finished products to ensure proper coverage and appearance. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as needed. Qualifications Previous powder coating, painting, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable with good attendance and a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
