What You'll Do As a Sign Painter, you'll play a key role in creating professional, high-quality finished products: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling imperfections Apply masking to protect areas not being coated Mix paints and coatings to achieve precise color specifications Apply primer and finish coats using spray equipment or brushes Adjust spray equipment for proper coverage and finish quality Inspect completed products to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment Follow work orders and instructions to meet production goals Measure and verify finished products meet specifications What You Bring We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn: High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing, painting, or related experience is a plus-but not required Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods Strong hand-eye coordination Ability to work in a warm or industrial environment What You'll Gain Competitive pay Sign-On Bonus and Attendance Bonus opportunities Excellent benefits package Stable, full-time schedule Career growth and skill development Supportive team and positive workplace culture Start Building Your Career Today If you take pride in your work, enjoy hands-on tasks, and want to grow with a respected manufacturing company, we want to hear from you.
