Shift:
Monday - Friday, 3:00PM To 1:00AM (Occasional Weekends) $17.50/Hour Job Details We are a staffing agency hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Industrial Painter in Morrilton, AR. The Industrial Painter plays a key role in ensuring high-quality finishes on manufactured parts using wet paint systems. This Industrial Painter position is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should have prior experience with industrial painting equipment such as airless pumps and pressure pots, along with knowledge of epoxy paint mixing. The ideal Industrial Painter will be reliable, safety-focused, and ready to contribute immediately. Key Responsibilities Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures at all times Perform quality checks and maintain accurate shop paperwork Meet daily production standards and deadlines Execute required functions within the manufacturing process Coordinate with other departments to maintain workflow and production schedules Package finished products according to specifications Assist in other departments or tasks as needed Report equipment malfunctions or part defects to supervisors promptly Operate within standard operating procedures and job safety guidelines Maintain a clean and safe work environment Participate in daily team or department meetings Follow both written and verbal instructions accurately Minimize waste by conserving materials and supplies Adapt to changing production needs and priorities Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required At least 1 year of experience in an industrial painting or related field Experience with airless pumps, pressure pots, and epoxy paint systems preferred Ability to read and use a tape measure and interpret blueprints Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to work effectively in a team environment Must pass a drug screening Experience with hand and power tools is a plus
