This role supports coating and surface preparation work for industrial components and equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and experienced with industrial painting methods and surface prep in a shop environment.

Pay & Schedule Pay:

$26-$28/hour

DOE Shift:

Day Shift, 5:00 AM start

Position Type:

Full-Time Key Responsibilities Perform industrial coating applications including spraying, brushing, and rolling Prepare surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and sandblasting as required Apply coatings such as DTM, epoxy, and other industrial finishes Mask and protect surfaces prior to coating applications Inspect completed work to ensure quality and proper coverage Maintain tools, spray equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements when handling coatings and equipment Support occasional field work as needed (approximately 10%) Required Qualifications Experience with industrial painting, coatings, or surface preparation Experience with spray application, masking, and sandblasting Familiarity with DTM, epoxy, or similar industrial coatings Strong attention to detail and quality of work Ability to work in a shop environment with occasional field work Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift Preferred Qualifications Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or coatings environments Experience with sandblasting or surface prep equipment Familiarity with coating specifications or application standards Benefits Medical Paid Sick Leave Paid Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Work Environment This role operates primarily in a shop environment (approximately 90%) with occasional field work.
