- About the Role
- As an
- Exterior Finisher, Painter
- , you'll play a vital role in the final stages of aircraft production—ensuring each aircraft meets exacting standards for appearance, durability, and performance. Your attention to detail and expertise will directly impact the quality and presentation of some of the most advanced aircraft in the world.
- What You'll Do
- + Perform
- surface preparation
- on aircraft and components, ensuring proper adhesion and finish + Apply
- primer, topcoat, and final spray coatings
- to aircraft exteriors +
- Polish and refine painted surfaces
- for a flawless finish + Inspect finished work, perform
- touch-ups
- , and ensure quality standards are met + Install
- sealants and erosion tape
- as required + Layout aircraft according to
- customer specifications
- + Follow all
- safety, environmental, and quality procedures
- + Document completed work in accordance with manuals and aviation regulations + Participate in workplace organization and safety programs (5S, EHS compliance)

Pay Rate:
- $35.00- 40.00 per hour
- Required Qualifications
- + •3+ years of corporate or commercial painting experience•(aviation preferred) + _
Note:
Automotive and helicopter experience not accepted_ + Ability to obtain- respirator certification
- (Pulmonary Function evaluation required) + Basic computer skills and familiarity with
- maintenance manuals and IPCs
- + Ability to read and interpret
- engineering drawings
- + Strong communication skills (written and verbal) + Knowledge of
- hazardous material handling regulations
- + Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Formal
- vocational training or equivalent experience
- + Background in
- aviation painting or finishing environments
- + Experience working in
- hangar or production settings
