Industrial/Manufacturing Painter

Overview We are seeking a skilled and Industrial or Manufacturing Painter to join our fast-paced production team. We serve a variety of industries including Department of Defense (DoD), commercial, semi-conductor and medical sectors . This role requires someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level position - we are seeking candidates with a strong background in industrial or manufacturing painting who can contribute immediately with little training.

Responsibilities Surface preparation:

cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking Applying primers, sealers, and top coats with various techniques (e.g., spray ground, airbrush, rollers) Mixing and preparing paint to the required specifications Maintaining and cleaning spray equipment and paint booth areas Following detailed instructions, work orders and quality standards Adhering to all safety regulations and using proper PPE Performing visual inspections and meeting quality assurance requirements Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing painting Familiarity with different coatings and finishes Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and safety guidelines Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and ability to lift/move materials Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team We offer Competitive compensation (based on experience) Long-term career potential with a stable company A clean, safety-focused work environment If you take pride in your craftsmanship and want to work on high-quality, mission-critical projects, we want to hear from you. - all applications are kept confidential.
