Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team! If you have a sharp eye for detail and love turning raw parts into flawless, high-end finished products, this is the role for you. You'll work with advanced coating systems to deliver top-tier finishes for major OEMs and customers.

Prepare and apply specialized liquid coatings (1, 2, and 3-component systems) to molded plastic parts.
Showcase Versatility:
Master diverse finishes, including premium Class A and texture paint. Own the

$60,000 - $68,500 per yearshift: Secondwork hours: 1:30 PM - 10

High SchoolResponsibilitiesPerform painting activities on parts in preparation for painting.  Apply a variety of industrial coatings to plastic products including Class A and texture paint.  Utilize instrumentation and master paint samples to measure painting parameters to ensure compliance with OEM specifications.  Responsible for the application of industrial coatings in confined spaces.  Suggest tools and equipment to improve the operation of the unit.  Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment and observe good safety habits.  Adhere to all OSHA and HazMat Procedures with respect to the storage and handling of materials in the area.  Responsible for reporting malfunctions of equipment or processing to the supervisor.
