We run a clean, organized shop with modern equipment and pride ourselves on creating an environment that people feel good coming to every day. What we're looking for 4+ years experience as an automotive refinish technician / painter in a collision environment Full refinish process ownership: surface prep, sanding, masking, priming, and sealing to standard before paint Computerized color matching plus the ability to tint and adjust by eye for a precise match Spray application of base coat, clear coat, and single-stage, including blending into adjacent panels for an invisible repair Experience with waterborne and/or solvent paint systems, mixing to manufacturer specs and managing materials and waste responsibly Comfortable operating and maintaining the paint booth and spray equipment Familiarity with OEM refinish procedures Final finish quality: buffing, polishing, and defect correction so the car leaves looking right the first time Valid driver's license I-CAR certification strongly perferred Join us if you're passionate about automotive craftsmanship!
