Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Aircraft Painter and bring your expertise in surface finishing to the aviation industry! In this role, you'll be responsible for applying high-quality paint and coatings to aircraft surfaces, ensuring they meet strict safety and aesthetic standards. Your attention to detail, mechanical skills, and passion for craftsmanship will help maintain the integrity and appearance of our fleet. Responsibilities Prepare aircraft surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply primer, paint, and protective coatings using airless paint spraying equipment, brushes, or rollers. Perform auto body repairs, including filling dents and smoothing surfaces before painting. Use hand tools and power tools to remove old paint, repair damaged areas, and install auto glass or other components as needed. Conduct detailing and buffing to achieve a flawless finish that meets quality standards. Follow safety protocols during all painting procedures, including handling hazardous materials responsibly. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inspection results. Requirements Proven dealership experience or automotive painting background preferred. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in auto body repair, auto painting, and vehicle maintenance. Skilled in welding, auto restoration, and working with auto glass components. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and buffing machines. Strong understanding of auto estimating processes and customer service principles. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments. Experience with detailing, auto body repair techniques, and auto restoration projects. Pay:
