In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing composite materials used in various industrial applications. Your expertise will help ensure the quality and precision of our products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced materials and tools, contributing to innovative projects that push the boundaries of manufacturing technology. Duties Prepare composite materials by cutting, sanding, and shaping using hand tools and precision measuring instruments Assemble composite parts with accuracy, following detailed blueprints and specifications Operate machinery such as CNC machines, welding equipment, and airless paint sprayers to fabricate components Perform surface preparation including sanding, grinding, and applying industrial or auto body paint for finishing touches Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment to transport raw materials and finished parts Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to ensure adherence to standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments, especially with composite materials or auto body repair Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools Familiarity with industrial painting techniques including auto painting and airless spray systems Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and other warehouse handling equipment safely and efficiently Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and blueprint interpretation Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste Experience with materials handling, assembly processes, and fabrication techniques in a fast-paced setting Excellent attention to detail with the ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately Warehouse experience is preferred; familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is a plus Join us as a Composite Technician and become part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to excellence!
