In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for transforming damaged or worn vehicles into pristine masterpieces, ensuring every car meets our high standards of quality and aesthetics. Your expertise in auto painting, body repair, and vehicle maintenance will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with your hands to create stunning results, this opportunity is perfect for you! Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and finishing touches using airless paint spraying equipment and hand tools Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, welding, and panel alignment to restore vehicle integrity Conduct buffing, detailing, and polishing to achieve a smooth, glossy finish that exceeds customer expectations Assist with auto glass installation and repairs as needed during the restoration process Use power tools and auto estimating software to assess damage and determine repair scope Support vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical checks and heavy lifting to facilitate efficient repairs Requirements Proven experience in auto body repair, auto painting, or dealership service environments Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Skilled in auto restoration techniques including welding, buffing, and detailing Familiarity with auto glass replacement and auto estimating procedures Ability to lift heavy parts safely and work on multiple vehicles efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance Knowledge of auto maintenance procedures and basic mechanic experience is a plus Join us in creating visually stunning vehicles that leave a lasting impression!
