Full-Time Pay:
$20-$25 per hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses Job Summary We are looking for an experienced, motivated Lead Auto Detail Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing exceptional results, has strong leadership skills, and can manage detailing jobs from start to finish while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service. Responsibilities Perform professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing. Paint decontamination, polishing, and paint correction. Apply ceramic coatings, waxes, and paint sealants. Clean upholstery, carpets, leather, wheels, tires, and engine bays. Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure quality. Lead and train detail technicians on proper techniques and company standards. Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for equipment. Communicate professionally with customers and answer questions when needed. Manage daily workflow and ensure jobs are completed on schedule. Qualifications Passion for automotive detailing and a strong desire to learn and grow. Previous detailing experience preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as with a team. Positive attitude with good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in both indoor and outdoor environments. Willingness to learn paint correction, ceramic coating application, and other advanced detailing techniques.
