This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment focused on precision, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for preparing components for painting, assembling parts with accuracy, and ensuring that every product meets our rigorous quality standards. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces and components for painting using hand tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and sanding techniques to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Assemble parts and subassemblies accurately using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques. Operate forklifts and cranes safely to handle materials and move heavy components within the workspace. Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments and basic math skills to verify dimensions and fit. Perform auto body repairs or touch-ups as needed to maintain product integrity before painting or assembly. Handle materials efficiently within the warehouse environment, ensuring proper storage and materials handling procedures are followed. Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency in the production process. Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and airless paint spraying systems. Mechanical knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, fabrication, and auto body repair techniques. Experience operating forklifts, cranes, and other industrial lifting equipment safely. Ability to use precision measuring instruments and perform basic math calculations accurately. Knowledge of industrial and construction painting methods, including auto painting and airless spray techniques. Familiarity with materials handling procedures within a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing practices to support continuous improvement initiatives.
