Your morning starts with surface prep—cleaning, sanding, and priming to create a flawless foundation. With drawings and specs in hand, you match colors, dial in the right mix, and set up your spray equipment to apply paints, varnishes, and protective coatings with precision. Throughout the day, you inspect each coat, make adjustments on the fly, and keep your area organized and safe. Before wrapping up, you service your tools and sprayers so they're ready for tomorrow's projects. What you'll do Prepare a variety of industrial surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as required. Mix and color-match paints to achieve specified finishes. Apply paint, varnish, and other coatings using spray equipment. Inspect completed work for consistency and quality; correct as needed. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace; follow all safety protocols. Collaborate with teammates to meet project schedules and specifications. Perform routine maintenance on painting tools and spray systems. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent; training in industrial coatings is a plus. Hands-on experience as an industrial painter or in a comparable role. Solid grasp of materials, coating methods, and safety best practices. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Exceptional attention to detail and a pride in craftsmanship. Comfort working independently and within a team setting.
