In this energetic role, you will travel to various locations to perform high-quality auto body repairs, painting, and finishing services directly at customer sites or repair facilities. Your expertise will ensure vehicles are restored to pristine condition with flawless paint finishes, all while delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills in auto painting, detailing, and auto body repair make a real difference. Responsibilities Travel to different locations to perform automotive painting, buffing, and detailing on-site Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and applying primer for optimal paint adhesion Use paint spraying equipment, power tools, and hand tools to apply high-quality paint finishes Perform auto body repairs including minimal dent removal, Conduct vehicle inspections to assess damage and determine appropriate repair procedures Maintain a clean and safe work environment by properly handling hazardous materials and disposing of waste Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair progress and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process Requirements Proven dealership or automotive repair shop experience as an automotive painter or similar role (willing to train the right candidate) Strong knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and auto body repair equipment Skilled in auto painting techniques such as spray painting and buffing for smooth finishes Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, auto restoration, auto estimating, and auto glass replacement is highly desirable Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform heavy lifting tasks regularly Experience with welding and auto body repair processes is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel frequently for on-site work Join us in delivering top-tier automotive restoration services with energy, precision, and a passion for excellence!
